The Committee under the direction of the church, shall have the care and custody of the property of the church. It shall be the duty of the Committee to see that the grounds, buildings and equipment owned by the Church shall be property kept in repair, are adequately insured, and see that adequate fuel and Sexton services are provided.
It is the responsibility of the Building & Grounds to review the mechanical systems of the property and if said system(s) need to be repaired or replaced they shall notify the Finance Committee in a timely manner so as to procure the necessary funds. Building & Grounds shall be responsible for monitoring all state and local inspections, and any required fire drills or any Life Safety issues.
