Congregational Church of Hooksett

Womens Fellowship

The mission of the Women’s Fellowship is to support the church through fund-raisers held throughout the year.

dininghallThe Women’s Fellowship hosts a variety of fundraisers throughout the year including book sales, bake sales, and a “Cookie Walk” in December.

In addition, The Fellowship continually seeks out new ways to raise money for the church’s ongoing outreach programs. These programs include The Blanket; Fund One Great Hour of Sharing, the refugee, relief and development offering of the United Church of Christ, which transforms lives through health, education, agricultural, and emergency relief initiatives in 138 countries; Thanksgiving Baskets, which are given to residents at Hollyberry Senior Living Community; and the “Giving Tree,” which helps to provide Christmas gifts for those in need.

The Women’s Fellowship also supports the Confirmation class annual service trip to New York City. While in New York, the students prepare meals in food kitchens, sort clothing to be given out to the needy and work in a city food bank.

The Women’s Fellowship Committee is open to all women in the church. Whatever your age, you are welcome.
